• Motorists should expect full-time lane closures on the middle double left turn lane on SR 739 from north of the Caloosahatchee River to SR 78.
• Motorists should expect the inside lanes to be closed on both northbound and southbound SR 739 from north of the Caloosahatchee River to SR 78.
• Motorists can expect nighttime/overnight right lane closures on SR 739 southbound from approximately Pine Island Road to Pondella Road. Work will occur between the hours of 7 p.m. through 7 a.m. Crews will be performing water main relocations.
  • These closures are estimated to last approximately one month.
  • The construction schedule may change due to weather or other unexpected conditions
  • Motorists should use caution as crews work on and near the roadway.
•  Motorists should continue to expect the northbound SR 739 right turn-lane to eastbound SR 78 to be temporarily shifted beginning 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2025. During this temporary turn-lane shift, drivers can still access eastbound SR 78 via the eastbound right turn-lane but should expect to share the turn-lane with a work zone.
  • Motorists should expect this temporary eastbound turn-lane shift to last an estimated two weeks. The construction schedule may change due to weather or other unexpected conditions.
