About
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will begin improvements to US 41 Business (9th Street West)
from 6th Avenue West to Manatee Avenue West in Manatee County on December 16, 2024. The improvements
consist of milling and resurfacing, drainage upgrades, modified left turn lanes, signalization, lighting, and signing
and pavement markings. Single-lane closures will occur throughout the project through completion. The project
limits cover approximately 0.07 miles and the estimated project cost is $1.3 million.
