About
The US 41 (SR 45) at Six Mile Cypress Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study is being conducted to address future traffic demand, enhance safety, and improve the roadway’s design to accommodate all users, including bicyclists and pedestrians. The study is located in unincorporated Lee County, Florida.
The study will evaluate potential capacity improvements for the intersection, considering both at-grade and grade-separated options, while prioritizing safety enhancements for both motorized and non-motorized users.
Public Involvement
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District One invites you to attend the Public Kickoff Meeting for US 41 (State Road [SR] 45) at Six Mile Cypress Parkway Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in Lee County, Florida. The Public Kickoff Meeting is being conducted to present information about the
proposed project and provide an opportunity for the public to express their views about the project.
