This 10-foot-wide multi-use trail project extends along the west side of Edgewood Drive North from US 98 (East Broadway Street) to 6th Street NE, then along the east side of Edgewood Drive North from 6th Street SE to south of 9th Street NE.

Construction includes resurfacing of the side street entrances at 3rd Street NE, 6th Street NE and Wanamaker Avenue, reconstructing driveway turnouts, improving drainage and enhancing safety for pedestrians along Edgewood Drive North. 

Drainage improvements will require temporarily closing Edgewood Drive North between East Broadway Street and 3rd Street NE and between 6th Street NE and 9th Street NE. These closures will be weekends only and not at the same time. During the closures, traffic will be detoured to the nearest side street. 

Lane closures are limited to 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and after 3 p.m. on weekdays, with no restrictions on weekends.
