About

Project details: The current condition of the Fort Fraser Trail is providing connection to SR 60. By spanning SR 60, a physical connection between Fort Fraser Trail and Downtown Bartow would allow users to traverse SR 60 safely and provide access to the residents and businesses of Downtown Bartow.

Purpose: The purpose of this project is to construct a multi-use trail bridge connecting the Fort Fraser Trail north and south of SR 60 in the City of Bartow.

Communities: This project would benefit the local community by providing a connection to the Fort Fraser Trail north and south of SR 60. In the current condition trail users must turn east or west and cross SR 60 at the nearest intersections.

Safety: This project would help to provide safer passage over SR 60 for all current/future trail users.
