Project Description
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) began work on May 13, 2021 to make improvements to US 27 from SR 66 to Sebring Parkway (formerly South Highlands Avenue) in Highlands County.
Project Improvements
- Repave US 27 from SR 66 to Sebring Parkway
- Install new signage and pavement markers
- Install new traffic signals and street lighting at George Boulevard
- Improve road shoulders
