Lane Shifts and Closures on US 441/ SR 15/ Parrott Avenue
Lane shifts and closures March 3 until March 17
OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists should expect lane shifts and possible single-lane closures on US 441 southbound and northbound as South Florida Water Management crews perform roadway improvements, including striping removal, restriping, and road widening. Work will take place daily, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- March 3-4, crews will conduct striping removal and restriping on US 441 southbound and northbound. Lane shifts and intermittent single-lane closures will be in place. Flaggers will guide traffic to ensure safety.
- On March 5, and for the next 7–10 working days, expect traffic shifts and intermittent lane closures on US 441 southbound to accommodate construction.
- On March 17, additional lane shifts will occur for paving operations.
Motorists should expect minor delays, follow posted signage, and remain alert to workers, equipment, and traffic control personnel in the area.
