Lee County Traffic Management System (TMS): Construction project: Work to install fiber optics communications cable and transmission equipment, closed-circuit television cameras, and roadside sensors at 61 intersections is nearly complete. Operational testing is underway. Nighttime lane closures are possible at intersections along US 41 in Lee County. Pay attention, stay alert and use caution in the work zone. Estimated completion is summer 2015. The contractor is Traffic Control Devices, Inc.
