District One Work Program
2022-2026 Work Program Public Hearings
The in-person Public Hearing sessions will comply with all current Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, and social distancing will be followed.
FDOT, District One, and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, announce in-person public hearings to present the Tentative Five-Year Work Program. The Tentative Five-Year Work Program lists transportation system improvements scheduled for fiscal years beginning July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026.
There are several opportunities to participate in the public hearing. Tentative Five-Year Work Programs and Maps will be available for review online from Monday, January 11, 2021 through Friday, January 15, 2021.
Public hearings will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 10 a.m. to noon. At the in-person hearings, attendees will be able to review Work Program information with staff, ask questions, and share comments for the public record. Online attendees will be able to review the same Work Program information and share comments via GoToWebinar for inclusion in the public record.

- Members of the public can schedule an in-person appointment to review materials and discuss the Work Program with FDOT staff during the week of January 11 through January 15. To schedule an appointment at the District One Headquarters in Bartow, call (863) 519-2662. For an appointment at the SWIFT Regional Transportation Center in Fort Myers, call (239) 225-1900.

All comments received on or before January 15, 2021, regardless of how they were submitted, will become part of the Public Hearing record.
